CHENcan CNC is a professional CNC machine tool manufacturer with 27+ years of industry experience, specializing in high-performance machining equipment and integrated production solutions.

CHENcan CNC provides the following products and services:

All products are manufactured to meet ISO and CE certification standards and are backed by our quality assurance program.

All quotations provided by CHENcan CNC are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, customization requirements, and market conditions.

Orders become binding upon written acceptance by CHENcan CNC. Custom equipment orders require detailed specifications and may involve additional design and engineering fees.

Payment terms will be specified in individual contracts and typically include milestone-based payments for custom equipment.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on product complexity, customization requirements, and shipping logistics. CHENcan CNC will provide regular updates on production progress.

Professional installation, commissioning, and technical training services are available and recommended for optimal equipment performance. Installation services are subject to separate terms and scheduling.

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the specified location or designated carrier.

CHENcan CNC provides comprehensive warranty coverage for all manufactured equipment. Warranty terms vary by product type and will be specified in individual purchase agreements.

Our professional after-sales support includes:

• On-site installation and commissioning
• Technical training for operators
• Remote technical support
• Spare parts availability
• Maintenance and service programs

Warranty coverage excludes damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow operating procedures.

All intellectual property rights in CHENcan CNC products, including but not limited to designs, software, documentation, and technical specifications, remain the exclusive property of CHENcan CNC.

Customers receive a non-exclusive license to use CHENcan CNC equipment and associated software for their intended manufacturing purposes only.

Reverse engineering, copying, or unauthorized reproduction of CHENcan CNC products or technologies is strictly prohibited.

CHENcan CNC's liability for any claims arising from the use of our products or services shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

In no event shall CHENcan CNC be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, production downtime, or business interruption.

Customers are responsible for ensuring proper training, safety procedures, and compliance with local regulations when operating CHENcan CNC equipment.

CHENcan CNC shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, material shortages, or transportation disruptions.

In such events, CHENcan CNC will make reasonable efforts to minimize delays and will communicate with affected customers regarding revised timelines.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of CHENcan CNC products and services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be achieved, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with applicable Chinese arbitration rules.

CHENcan CNC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with the revision date clearly indicated.

Continued use of CHENcan CNC products or services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

For significant changes affecting existing contracts, CHENcan CNC will provide reasonable notice to affected customers.
